Sales Manager - Pipeline Maintenance / Cleaning

What you can expect

ROSEN is actively looking for a Sales Manager to support sales of our Pipeline Maintenance and Cleaning products and Services in the UK and Mainland Europe Region. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self‑motivated Sales Manager who is accountable for commercial targets and the growth of our Pipeline Maintenance offering. In addition to achieving revenue targets, the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the targeted market presence, gathering market intelligence and supporting strategic market forecasting.

• Build close customer relationships for continuous business expansion (both external & internal)
• Actively explore the market to understand customer’s needs and to implement resulting strategies to improve market penetration
• Increase brand awareness of ROSEN products and services in the relevant market
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Represent the ROSEN Group to the customer during the entire sales process
• Provide quotations and proposals, followed up with sales execution and after‑sales support
• Achieve the targeted market presence and gather market intelligence
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Service Line management
• Continuously improve market understanding (e.g. regulatory changes, market trends, customer needs and competition)
• Ensure positive customer relationships and align with other ROSEN services in the region or the group as needed to provide first‑class customer solutions

What you will bring

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Relevant industry‑recognized qualifications also desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a (technical) customer‑facing function, preferable in the Oil & Gas industry
• Technical background and/or work experience in pipeline integrity management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in and contribute to a team environment
• Self‑motivated and a self‑starter
• Ability to work effectively within a challenging environment
• Working knowledge of pipeline inspection methods
