Sales & Marketing Agent

Location: Berlin / On-Site (relocation supported for EU Citizens only)

We’re hiring a Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to support advertisers on a leading global social media advertising platform.

You’ll act as a digital marketing advisor, helping advertisers optimize campaigns, budgets, and performance through consultative sales and data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze campaign performance and ad analytics
• Support funnel optimization and campaign growth

You Bring

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Strong communication and analytical mindset

Package

• €33,000 gross/year + up to €7,500 bonus
• Relocation support to Berlin (up to €1,900)

Training

• 4 weeks fully paid training (incl. Meta Blueprint certification)
• Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (full attendance required)
