Sales Qualification Associate (all genders)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Your mission

  • You conduct qualifying initial conversations with potential new customers (inbound and outbound) and assess their suitability for our domeba software solution.
  • You actively research suitable tenders on relevant portals and prepare for participation.
  • You provide interested parties with expert information about our domeba products and generate interest in further demos and discussions.
  • You develop new qualification standards together with the team – both nationally and internationally.
  • You reactivate contacts from previous sales processes and bring them back into the pipeline.
  • You schedule appointments and conduct qualified initial and existing customer meetings for our sales managers.
  • You meticulously document activities in the CRM (HubSpot), maintain the pipeline, and ensure structured follow-ups.
  • You work closely with the sales managers and internal sales, providing valuable market feedback to the team and other departments.

Your profile

  • You have completed commercial training and ideally have initial experience in telesales or as an SDR/BDR.
  • You are proficient with CRM systems – ideally HubSpot – and work in a data-driven manner; basic analysis and reporting are second nature to you.
  • You understand B2B sales processes for complex software/SaaS products and confidently apply this understanding in training.
  • You communicate in German at a C2 level – both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • You impress with your open, customer-oriented, and articulate communication – both on the phone and via email.
  • You work conscientiously and systematically, make rational assessments, and actively contribute to the further development of our training standards and processes as a team player.
