Sales Representative for Splicing and Measuring Devices of Network and Fiber Optic Installation Technology

LASER COMPONENTS Germany, Olching – an owner-managed medium-sized family business with over 40 years of experience in optical and optoelectronic solutions.

We are looking for a committed and motivated Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the Olching location near Munich.

About the Role

• Technical consulting and sales of fiber optic products from market-leading manufacturers (including splicing devices, measuring devices, laboratory measurement technology, components and accessories).
• Traveling in the sales area/field service to acquire new customers and support existing customers.
• Independent customer support including advice, preparation of quotations and conclusion of contracts.
• Development and maintenance of key accounts.

Qualifications

• A sound technical education (e.g., telecommunications, communications electronics, or electrical engineering).
• Motivated and eager to learn career changers from the installation environment are welcome, ideally from the fiber optic environment.
• Practical experience in network and fiber optic installation technology is an advantage; experience in sales of technical products is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in customer-oriented consulting, with an ability to work independently and autonomously in the field and in the office, and a desire for customer contact.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
