Your responsibilities

Promote our medical study program as well as our preparatory courses and conclude contracts with new students

Monitor your success KPIs, maintain statistics on enrollment numbers, and analyze the countries our students come from

Advise prospective students and their families about study opportunities at UMCH

Serve as the main point of contact for applicants , from the first inquiry through the enrollment process

Contribute innovative ideas for new sales and recruitment strategies in collaboration with our marketing team

Plan and coordinate education fairs, information events, and recruitment activities

Support international applicants with guidance throughout the admission process

Your profile

Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Management , or a related field (university or university of applied sciences)

Experience in sales, student recruitment, international education, or client acquisition (B2B and/or B2C)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy

A reliable, organized, and proactive personality with a strong sense of responsibility

Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems

Fluent Spanish and English (required)

Additional language skills such as Portuguese are considered an advantage

Ideally experience or insights into the education sector (universities, academies, training institutions, language schools, or recruitment services)
