Sales Representative (w/m/x) Moderne Wundversorgung (Region Nordost)

Overview: As a Sales Representative in Advanced Wound Management (AWM), you will provide expert product advisory and drive sales in the outpatient sector within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing customers and strategically acquire new ones
• Provide technical product counseling regarding chronic and post‑operative wound care
• Build long‑term relationships with diverse stakeholders (pharmacy chains, physician practices, MVZ, wound centres, home‑care services)
• Collaborate closely with wound specialists on trainings, workshops and medical education events
• Support regional conferences, trade fairs and other training events

Qualifications

• Medical background (e.g., nurses, medical assistants) or equivalent experience/education
• Sales/outdoor experience, preferably in medical devices
• Passion for modern wound care
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, negotiation talent and a high drive for success
• Team player with organisational skills and enthusiasm
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent German, good English (oral & written)
• Class B driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory

Preferred

• Certification in wound management (e.g., ICW)
• Understanding of outpatient structures (MVZ, home care, practice)
