Sales Specialist *
Stellenbeschreibung:
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join an on-site sales team in Berlin. The role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving performance targets in a dynamic sales environment.
Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 gross per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email
- Accurately log activities and updates in CRM systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)
Dutch: C1 level or higher
English: B2 level or higher
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
Only candidates currently based in Berlin will be considered
This is a fully on-site position
No relocation support is provided
