As a Sales Specialist focusing on the Italian market, your primary mission is to transform high-potential leads into satisfied customers by showcasing the value of our premium outdoor solutions. You will be the driving force behind our growth in Italy, managing the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to final order coordination to ensure a seamless premium experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Conversion: Proactively manage a robust pipeline of leads via chat, phone, and email, turning inquiries into successful sales through persistent and professional follow-up.
  • Customer Consultation: Provide tailored product recommendations by deeply understanding customer needs and articulating the unique benefits of PERGOLUX pergolas and accessories.
  • Order Coordination: Oversee the transition from inquiry to purchase, ensuring all technical and administrative details are handled to provide a smooth customer journey.
  • Strategic Upselling: Identify and act on opportunities to enhance the customer's outdoor space by recommending relevant accessories and maintenance services.
  • Market Representation: Attend relevant exhibitions and events to showcase our products, engage directly with customers, and increase PERGOLUX brand exposure.
What You’ll Bring
  • Sales Expertise: At least 4 years of proven experience in sales roles, ideally within the high-value consumer goods or home improvement sectors.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian and a strong command of English (C1 level) to effectively communicate with customers and our international team.
  • Technical Aptitude: Previous experience working with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, Aircall, and Shopify, to manage leads and track performance metrics accurately.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and customer interactions simultaneously.
