What You’ll Do
- Design and lead enterprise‑wide sales programs (e.g., New Logos, Proof of Concepts) that raise execution standards and deliver measurable impact.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives with Enablement, Marketing, Product, Industry Leads, and RevOps to ensure alignment and success.
- Build structured frameworks—programs, plays, campaigns—that set benchmarks for sales excellence.
- Establish governance, accountability, and incentive systems to measure, report, and continuously improve outcomes.
Community & Culture Building
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, resilience, and contribution across the sales organization.
- Embed shared values and rituals inspired by top‑performing teams to foster cohesion and belonging.
- Promote peer learning, cross‑team collaboration, and recognition as everyday practices.
- Position the sales organization as a market benchmark for discipline, professionalism, and results.
Orchestration & Influence
- Act as the strategic and cultural bridge between leadership vision and frontline execution.
- Inspire and motivate through clear articulation of values, vision, and standards.
- Serve as the voice of the sales community, elevating field insights into strategic decisions.
- Model excellence and accountability—setting the tone for what “great” looks like.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in SaaS/Technology sales leadership, programs, enablement, or strategic orchestration roles.
- Deep experience with enterprise sales programs at leading companies (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, SAP, Google, Adobe).
- Proven ability to shape culture and instill accountability in high‑performance teams.
- Strong capability to translate vision into structured programs and cultural rituals.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills; able to inspire and align diverse stakeholders.
- A “sales coach” mindset—fostering growth, discipline, and pride.
- Passion for building not just a sales organization, but a sales institution recognized for excellence.
