Sales Support Coordinator (FI)

Job Summary

The role will be responsible for providing sales support services to the field force of Agents, Staff Managers, the District Manager, and Senior Leaders, including the provision of statistical and promotional reporting for the department. Under the direction of the leader, the incumbent will take minutes which will be used to document new policies and procedures for the department and monitor the implementation of the same, escalating any matters of concern to the leader. The incumbent will provide roving support in the district offices as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the Onboarding process from pre-contract to final:
• Prepare new files for new Agent recruits.
• Organize and coordinate recruitment files ensuring all documentation is in place for the District Manager to review and sign-off.
• Assist with scheduling candidates for interviews and testing.
• Prepare cheque requests for leader's sign-off.
• Prepare all documents for cheque requests and monthly tracking for Independent Agents and Collectors; ensuring that all Independent Agents and Collectors' salaries are submitted to FG Payables within the same day of receipt

Knowledge & Skills

• Associate's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong Word Processing Skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher
• Knowledge of the Home Service System
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills
