We are seeking freelance sales support specialists based in the EU or UK to help enhance advanced AI systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will

• Review and refine AI-generated responses related to sales support scenarios
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with real-world sales processes
• Draft realistic sales support case studies and scenarios, covering areas like lead management, CRM usage, customer engagement, order processing, and sales analytics
• Assess AI reasoning around sales processes, client communications, objection handling, and follow‑up best practices
• Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified logic in AI outputs
• Create scenario variations from the perspective of different sales stakeholders, such as support specialists, sales reps, managers, and clients

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI‑generated content to ensure it reflects real‑world sales support standards, workflows, and practices. Your work will help scale and advance the quality of AI systems in sales support contexts.

You Are

Who this is for

• A sales support specialist or professional with several years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or CRM administration
• Based in the EU or UK
• Experienced with modern sales tools, CRM platforms, and industry best practices
• Comfortable identifying process flaws, unrealistic assumptions, or gaps in logic
• Available 8 to 20 hours per week
• Able to start in the coming weeks
