We’re partnering with a high-growth business to bring in a Senior Salesforce Consultant to take full ownership of their Salesforce ecosystem from a strategic standpoint.
This is not a hands-on admin role, this is a helicopter-view, transformation mandate.
You’ll audit, streamline, and future-proof a complex Salesforce setup, acting as the bridge between commercial teams and technical delivery.
You’ll work directly with leadership across Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, and Account Management to design a scalable, high-performance system.
Own the Salesforce roadmap: full audit - clear, scalable future state
Redesign key workflows: especially across Lead to Contract journey
Lead Partner Portal discovery: define architecture and integration approach
Advise internal teams: guide Salesforce Admins with best practice and long-term thinking
Define data strategy: ensure clean, structured data flow for reporting and advanced analytics
