Salesforce Manager

We are working with one of the leading Global Partners in the Salesforce space who are actively looking to add to their successful and growing practice in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and implement Salesforce projects working with key stakeholders.
• Working on end to end digital transformation, looking at customer strategy.
• Take on professional responsibility for one or more Salesforce Clouds - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Keeping updated on all Agentforce and AI topics.
• Take responsibility for fellow employees on projects and in the internal organisation.

Required skills & experience

• Strong Salesforce experience and best practices in one or more of the following: Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud.
• Professional experience in implementing Salesforce or working in a consulting agency environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Business fluent German and English required.
