What You’ll Do • Own project delivery, timelines and client communication • Define scope, goals and success criteria with stakeholders • Build project plans and keep all communication clear and consistent • Manage resources, budgets, forecasting and milestones • Track progress, lead status updates and prepare documentation and presentations • Identify risks early, manage escalations and maintain a mitigation plan • Ensure all blockers are tracked, documented and resolved • Collaborate with QA on demos and sprint readiness • Work cross‑functionally with other PMs on dependencies and shared initiatives • Lead internal steering meetings and communicate key updates to leadership

Requirements • Strong experience in project management from planning through execution •

Proven track record leading Salesforce multicloud implementations • Skilled in prioritization, risk management, and working under pressure • Expertise with project management tools and methodologies • Ability to lead and motivate technical teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills • Solid understanding of IT technologies •

Fluency in English and German
