SAP HCM System Administrator (m/f/d) – Berlin - Excellent Salary - German speaking

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and continuously develop the SAP HCM system
• Assist the HR department with system-related requirements and improvements
• Analyze and resolve issues within the SAP HCM system
• Perform SAP Basis activities, including:
  • System integration and maintenance
  • User and authorization management
  • Transport management
  • System monitoring
  • Job scheduling and background processing

Your Profile

• Degree or vocational training in IT or Business Informatics
• Proven experience in supporting applications and IT systems
• Knowledge of common ERP systems and/or databases
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented and service-focused mindset
• Good command of both German and English
