SAP Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

1. You will provide technical support and advisory services to the internal business users in various departments with a focus on SAP FI, CO, MM, WM, and OM (Finance, Controlling, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Organization Management).
2. You will provide project support and implementation of subprojects, including SAP optimization projects, release, and/or version change.
3. You will create and implement a Key User program and support key users.
4. You will identify opportunities for optimizing business processes.
5. You will coordinate external consultants with IT and internal departments.
6. You will manage the change management process and perform functional, acceptance, and integration tests within the SAP environment, working with users as appropriate.
7. You will conduct training courses and create training materials.
8. You will perform general administrative tasks such as user account management, SAP authorizations, and master data management.

Your Profile

1. You have several years of experience in the support of SAP R/3 in a comparable function and industry.
2. You have a good general understanding of business administration.
3. You are experienced in project and change management.
4. Your English skills are very good, spoken and written (at least level B1+).
5. Advanced Excel knowledge, as well as knowledge of the user-specific settings in the SAP solution is preferred.
6. Initiative, independence, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and an ability to acquire new knowledge independently.
7. Strong customer orientation and desire to support the business.
