In this Senior Role, you take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes

(focus on direct purchasing)

within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards! Analyze and optimize existing processes and identify improvement potential

to take our operations to the next level and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions As part of the

(DPW) you will work on the optimization and transformation of the Purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department , including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems Develop and implement

best practices in procurement that strengthen our competitiveness Design, train and support our Procurement and P2P teams on new processes and tools to maximize their success Create impactful reports and presentations to track progress and measure results, making our successes visible What makes us successful together Degree in business administration, supply chain management

or a related field Several years of experience in

purchasing, P2P

and supply chain management Strong expertise in SAP S/4Hana and P2P process optimization Proven experience in

project management, including change management and

process optimization Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for collaboration Business fluent in German and English What you can count on Salary:
