Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and share the Henkel SAP Business Technology Platform vision and technology strategy, including the roadmap.
• Design and shape specific application and technology architecture and guidelines.
• Ensure sustainability of solutions by defining patterns, solution, and migration paths.
• Decide on SAP architectures and their interfaces.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and drive decisions in a multi‑provider environment and across project organisations within Henkel DX and the Business Units.
• Analyze and evaluate trends and latest technologies.
• Design smart platform solutions to ensure scalability and security compliance.
• Engage, influence, and improve governance, best practices, guidelines, and principles.

Qualifications

• University degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience as an SAP IT developer, SAP technology consultant, and/or IT architect, including practical experience with IT projects in an international environment focused on SAP Business Technology Platform solutions.
• Collaboration skills with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Willingness to learn, curiosity, and the ability to cope with conflicts.
• Fluent English skills.
