We are looking for an SAP FI/CO Specialist (f/m/d) to join our European SAP IT team.
In this role, you will work closely with other SAP experts (f/m/d) and local business teams to support and enhance SAP projects across multiple European countries.
You will also contribute to shaping our SAP support functions, focusing on the Finance and Controlling modules within S/4HANA.
This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing international organization, working in a multicultural environment and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a SAP Consultant (m/f/d) Finance and ControllingKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance process requirementsLead SAP FI/CO Fit-Gap workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with key users (f/m/d) Translate business requirements into SAP solutions aligned with company procedures and templatesPropose and implement standard-based, innovative SAP solutions that enhance efficiencyIdentify opportunities to simplify and improve existing system configurationsCreate functional documentation and provide process guidance to development teamsDeliver key user training and develop clear, engaging finance process documentationConduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Support finance data migration and local change management initiativesWork closely with other SAP expert teams to ensure system alignment across modulesAct as a trusted advisor to business partners, promoting best-practice SAP usageRequirements:Proven experience in SAP FI/CO, including at least one full SAP lifecycle implementation (blueprint to go-live)S/4HANA configuration experience, with expertise in FI and CO modules xtyydxe (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA)Experience in SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) and implementation/rollout projectsExperience with migration projects to S/4HANASolid understanding of finance and controlling processes and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM)Good command of English; An interesting position with an attractive company
