SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

Your mission

Join our dynamic, multi-national IT team at Manova, where you will play a significant role in supporting our S/4Hana Finance system and ideally also function as backup for our R/3 SEM-BCS system. As inhouse SAP consultant, you will be the primary contact for our business user community. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of IT and business processes and support the digital transformation of our business.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in customizing and configuring SAP modules (FI, CO) to meet specific business requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and optimize business processes in alignment with SAP capabilities
• Participate in SAP projects throughout the full lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live support
• Support the integration of SAP with internal systems and third-party applications
• Contribute to change management efforts and maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials

Your profile

What we are looking for:

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI/CO modules; familiarity with S/4HANA is a plus
• Understanding of Finance and Controlling processes, with a willingness to deepen your expertise
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, paired with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
