SAP FICO Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to configure and implement SAP FICO sub-modules in an S/4HANA / Private Cloud environment, ideally within the Pharma industry. The role involves leading implementation projects, configuring key financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement SAP FICO sub-modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Project Systems.
Lead at least 3 SAP S/4HANA or Private Cloud implementations.
Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Execute configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and support cutover and hyper‑care activities.
Ensure accurate financial accounting, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations.
Provide guidance and leadership to project teams and client stakeholders.

Experience & Skills

Relevant Experience: 10+ years in SAP FICO.
Mandatory Skills: SAP FICO configuration and implementation; At least 3 SAP S/4HANA or Private Cloud implementations; Proficient in RISE with SAP ; In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and testing processes.
Desired Skills: Pharma industry experience.
