Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing SAP HCM applications focusing on payroll (Germany, private sector, non‑tariff) and personnel administration, basic time management, and related interfaces.
• Take on module application and process responsibility, advising departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systems.
• Act as Project lead and/or workstream lead in SAP HCM projects.
• Proactively advise the HR department on innovations, architecture, and best practices in the SAP HCM environment.
• Perform hands‑on problem management, ongoing support, and continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions.
• Coordinate and test support packages, design, plan, and conduct user training and workshops (DE/EN).
• Manage external service providers.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification.
• Accumulate 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Basic knowledge in SuccessFactors/Integration to SAP HCM (ideal).
• Knowledge of personnel cost planning and/or structural authorizations, minor ABAP adjustments or Employee & Manager Self Service in SAP HCM (ESS/MSS).
• Open‑mind, works independently and responsibly, and eager to contribute knowledge to our team.
