SAP IS-U Market Process Optimisation Expert (Meter-to-Cash)

ERP Supply are supporting a key client in the utilities space who is looking to bring in an experienced SAP IS-U specialist to optimise and streamline market processes within a Meter-to-Cash environment. This is a part‑time freelance engagement with a strong focus on process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

• Start: ASAP / Late April
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Primarily remote with occasional travel to Germany
• Language: German and English
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP IS-U (market communication & supplier switching)
• Deep understanding of energy market regulations (GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM)
• Proven background in Meter‑to‑Cash processes within utilities/net operators
• Expertise in process analysis & optimisation
• Confident stakeholder communication and ability to drive improvements

Role Responsibilities

• Analyse and assess current supplier switching processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines and frameworks
• Identify and implement process & system optimisation opportunities
• Structure and improve handling of supplier enquiries (master data changes)
• Define clear escalation and clarification workflows
• Provide support across testing, QA, and acceptance phases within SAP IS-U
