• Lead the global implementation of SAP MDG as a central Master Data Hub
• Steer, coordinate, and govern multiple internal and external stakeholders, including global business units, IT teams, and the external SAP MDG implementation partner
• Act as single point of accountability for the external implementation partner, ensuring delivery quality, scope adherence, and milestone achievement
• Design and govern global master data processes, data models, and approval workflows
• Define and enforce global governance frameworks, standards, and decision structures
• Manage integration of SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems in a heterogeneous landscape
• Drive global rollout planning and execution across regions
• Define and deliver a scalable 24x7 operating and support concept for SAP MDG, including roles, responsibilities, and handover models

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG, preferably in global or large-scale implementation programs
• Strong expertise in master data governance models, operating models, and process ownership
• Proven experience in steering external implementation partners and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex programs
• Solid background in managing international rollout projects across regions and cultures
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP environments and system integration concepts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Structured, assertive, and results-oriented working style with a governance mindset
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
