SAP MDG/MDM Developer (Freelance)

Language requirements: English (German is desirable)

Location: Mannheim

As an SAP MDM / MDG Freelancer, you’ll design and build master data solutions that keep SAP landscapes clean, consistent, and reliable. You’ll work hands-on with SAP MDG, integrating it with S/4HANA, ERP, and downstream systems, and solving real data problems that block growth, reporting, and automation.

What you’ll do

• Design master data models (business partners, materials, suppliers, hierarchies)
• Configure SAP MDG: governance workflows, validations, and data quality rules
• Implement matching, de-duplication, and survivorship logic
• Integrate MDG with SAP & non-SAP systems (APIs, ETL, event-based flows)
• Collaborate with architects and business owners — minimal hand-holding, real ownership.
• SAP MDG, S/4HANA, ECC
• Data quality & governance frameworks
• APIs, integration tools (PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft, Kafka)
