Salary up to €92,000 (fixed, paid over 12 months) plus a company-wide performance bonus of up to €2,000.

Your Role

As a Senior SAP MM / Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a central role in a global ERP transformation, supporting the transition from a legacy ERP solution to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud . You will take ownership of procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes, helping design scalable, standardised, and future-proof solutions. Acting as a key bridge between business and IT, you will ensure that real-world operational requirements are effectively translated into SAP Public Cloud best practices.

Your Mission

You will act as the end-to-end owner for procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Your focus will be on balancing standardisation with practical business needs, covering areas such as global sourcing, overseas purchasing, in-transit inventory, third-party logistics, and omnichannel fulfillment — all within the constraints and possibilities of a Public Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning and leading the SAP MM / Supply Chain domain within a global S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
• Designing and configuring end-to-end processes for:
• Global procurement and sourcing
• Import and international purchasing (including Incoterms)
• In-transit inventory and valuation of goods in transit
• Intercompany procurement and internal supply chains
• Managing inventory processes in collaboration with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
• Actively contributing to order-to-fulfillment design alongside SD, e-commerce, and omnichannel teams
• Advising business stakeholders on fit-to-standard approaches, trade-offs, and Public Cloud limitations
• Supporting data migration, testing phases, cutover activities, and go-live preparation
• Driving change management within your functional area and helping build sustainable internal SAP capabilities
• Supporting continuous optimisation and future country rollouts after go-live

Your Profile

You bring strong functional expertise in SAP MM and supply chain management, paired with a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset.

Ideally, you offer:

• Several years of experience as a Senior SAP MM / Supply Chain Consultant (in-house or consulting), including full-cycle SAP implementations
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in a Public Cloud environment
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Management processes
• Experience working in international, multi-entity environments, ideally within trading or distribution organisations
• Solid understanding of SD processes; experience contributing to order-to-cash or omnichannel design is a plus
• Experience supporting ERP transformations, ideally from non-SAP systems
• A practical approach focused on standard solutions rather than heavy customisation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
