Overview

NTT DATA Business Solutions seeks an experienced SAP Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the implementation team, you will work closely with clients to deliver successful projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in implementing and customizing SAP HCM solutions, specifically in the Payroll module (PY). A strong background in Employee Central Payroll is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Core-Hybrid solutions in SuccessFactors would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and develop optimization strategies aligned with client requirements.


• Design and implement customized payroll solutions for clients using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors platforms.


• Provide expert-level guidance on payroll-related topics to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and customizing SAP HCM modules, particularly PY/ECP.


• Prior experience working on large-scale project implementations
