SAP Principal Consultant PLM (remote/all gender)

MTT Solutions GmbH – IT consulting firm based in Kochel am See, Germany.

We are looking for a seasoned SAP PLM consultant to join our growing team. The role is available for remote work; full‑time positions are offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight in complex requirement scenarios and under tight deadlines.
• Ensure comprehensive information exchange in every meeting.
• Promote tailored solutions and present them in a structured, understandable way for decision makers.
• Keep business and organizational project details on track, proactively finding solutions to challenges.
• Continuously expand your competence and embrace new ideas.
• Practice teamwork and communicate openly.

Profile

You have at least 10 years of business and process consulting experience and extensive project experience with integration along the PLM value chain.

• SAP Modules: Master data (abstract concepts, detailed impact on business processes), SD, MM, PS, PP – deep enough to book entire processes.
• CAD Integration: TC, ECTR, OpenPDM, NX, Catia, SolidWorks, EPLAN – familiarity is a plus.
• Industries: Automotive, Shipbuilding, Defense, Mechanical Engineering – experience in one or more is desirable.
• ABAP/ABAP‑OO and debugging skills are a big plus but not mandatory.
