The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing Digital Practice delivering enterprise-scale transformation and application services across major global organisations. You will lead large SAP Application Management Services (AMS) programs, working with complex, multi-country landscapes and high-profile clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale managed services engagements. You will oversee service delivery, manage cross-functional teams, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP AMS delivery across S/4HANA and/or ECC landscapes
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across multiple service lines
• Ensure service quality, availability, and performance against SLAs and KPIs
• Coordinate delivery teams and manage day-to-day operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service optimisation
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process efficiencies
• Manage team performance, staffing plans, and delivery metrics
• Facilitate regular service reviews and stakeholder governance meetings

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP Managed Services or Service Delivery leadership
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments
• Experience managing large, distributed teams and complex programs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability
• Solid understanding of SLAs, OLAs, and contract-based service delivery
