Role

Program / Project Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Own the project(s) with full responsibility for timeline, budget, quality, and risk, supported by a PMO.
• Calculate all aspects of development, implementation and risks of the project.
• Manage all project resources, including the client and internal teams.
• Build, maintain and manage the detailed project plan based on field consulting standards.
• Work closely with the PMO to track and control all project-related activities.
• Serve as a mentor to project members to educate and assist them with project management processes.
• Anticipate deviations, proactively develop corrective actions and identify critical risks.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology.
• Good knowledge of SAP usage in project cycles.
• Ability to steer project members, build consensus, make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and to motivate people.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and at least one additional language (preferably German).
