Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the global rollout of the Finance area of our SAP S/4 template to the R&S subsidiaries as well as potentially taking over the role of a subproject manager.
• Support the go live as well as training our staff in close cooperation with the Finance process owners.
• Responsibility for transactional data migration and correctness of data.
• Supporting the analysis and the optimization of SAP processes together with the process owners as well as coordinating change requests from the regional organization.
• Implementing the 2nd level support of our users.
• Testing implemented changes in our SAP ERP environment as well as maintaining user documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or comparable field of education.
• Qualified professional experience in SAP project and test management.
• Pronounced understanding of financial and controlling processes.
• Substantial process knowledge in SAP ERP (FI/CO) as well as in MS Office applications; S/4 Hana experience would be ideal.
• Good project management and system analytics skills as well as experience in the field of trainings.
• Strong accounting skills combined with good communication skills and self-confidence.
• Ability to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
