SAP S/4 Hana Manufacturing Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced and drivenSAP S/4 Manufacturing Delivery Lead to support the end‑to‑end migration of our Biopharma client's Manufacturing, Warehouse and Maintenance functions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA as part of our globalUnity transformation program. In this role, you will oversee delivery across multiple international manufacturing sites and ensure a smooth, timely, and successful transition. Reporting to the Head of Digital & S/4 Manufacturing, you will lead a cross‑functional team of business and IT experts. You will coordinate all delivery activities, system integrator interactions, and deployment readiness across sites in Belgium, Japan, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful SAP S/4 HANA transition for the Global Manufacturing Organisation
• Ensure smooth execution and user adoption of all Manufacturing, Warehouse and Maintenance processes after Go-Live

Coordinate and manage all domain‑related activities, including:

• Data Migration
• Testing (incl. cross‑solution integration)
• Training & User Access Management
• Cutover Planning
• Hypercare Support
• Drive project governance, including planning, reporting, risk/issue management, and steering communications
• Partner closely with Corporate Program Leads and Workstream Leads (Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Finance) to ensure alignment and a harmonized delivery approach.
• Support stakeholder management, communication, and organizational change activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4 HANA implementations in a manufacturing environment (mandatory)
• Experience working within biopharma manufacturing
• Strong Project Management and Change Management experience
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong understanding of business process management
• Ability to quickly understand and translate system capabilities into business solutions (system‑minded)
• Familiarity with BI tools (SAP BI, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and French
