Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für einen namenhaften Kunden suchen wir einen engagierten SAP S/4HANA Rollout Project Manager (m/w/d) .

Rollout Planning & Execution

Define and execute a detailed local rollout plan, aligned with the overall S4E rollout strategy and timeline.
Plan and manage project phases and work packages, coordinating closely with Team Leads, Business Core Team members, Template SPOCs, and SAP Template organizations.
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional rollout teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the S4E template.

Project Governance & Control

Monitor and control the rollout budget, working closely with the Business to provide transparent financial tracking and reporting.
Manage all core project management disciplines, including schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, budget, testing, and cutover activities.
Ensure compliance with PM project methodology, including quality gates and regular status reporting.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Oversee the rollout of specific end‑to‑end business processes and manage localization requirements together with the Business Cluster Manager.
Coordinate and manage external partners and consultants supporting rollout activities.
Prepare and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, ensuring decisions are documented, communicated, and followed up.

IT & Transformation Alignment

Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure setup and manage design approvals in line with SAP S/4HANA standards and governance.
Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, providing regular, structured updates to Rollout Management and senior stakeholders.
Actively manage risks and dependencies in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Was Sie mitbringen:

8–12+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including multiple full‑cycle projects.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP rollout and transformation programs.
Proven experience managing SAP projects in global organizations.
Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments, using user stories and tools such as Jira.
Background in complex programs with multi‑layered governance structures and diverse stakeholder interests.
Strong experience working with cross‑functional, international teams to harmonize business processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all stakeholder levels.
Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
