SAP S/4HANA Transformation / Data Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced

SAP S/4HANA Transformation Architect

to support a selective data transition (Bluefield) project, with a strong focus on

data migration and transformation . The role will play a key part in designing and executing the data migration strategy from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and alignment with finance requirements. The project language is

English , and the role is fully

remote . Key Responsibilities

Design and lead the

data migration and transformation strategy

for an SAP S/4HANA Bluefield conversion Architect and execute

selective data transitions (SDT) , including data scope definition, transformation rules, and reconciliation Work hands-on with

Natuvion DCS

for data migration and validation Collaborate closely with

Finance, IT, and business stakeholders

to ensure accurate migration of financial and transactional data Define and manage data objects, mapping, cleansing, and validation activities Ensure compliance with SAP S/4HANA data and finance best practices Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) related to data migration Provide guidance and leadership to project teams on data architecture and migration topics Identify risks related to data migration and propose mitigation strategies Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a

Data Architect / Transformation Architect

on

SAP S/4HANA migration projects Strong hands-on experience with

Selective Data Transition (Bluefield)

approaches Demonstrated experience using

Natuvion DCS

for SAP data migration Solid understanding of

SAP ECC to S/4HANA data models Strong experience in

data migration, data transformation, and data validation Ability to work independently in a remote, international project environment Fluent English

(spoken and written) Nice to Have

Finance background

or strong experience working with SAP Finance (FI/CO, New GL, Asset Accounting, etc.) Experience working on complex, multi-entity or multi-country SAP migrations Previous experience in advisory or lead architect roles Location & Work Model

Remote Occasional alignment with stakeholders across different time zones may be required
