SAP Team Lead – S/4HANA Data Migration (Contract)

My client is looking for a SAP Data Migration / Team Lead consultant,

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / SAP Team Lead with strong SAP S/4HANA and Data Migration expertise to support a key client project in Germany. This role involves leading SAP migration activities, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across complex SAP environments.

Location: Germany (Remote with occasional on-site client visits)

Start Date: ASAP or within 1 month's notice

Languages: German (B2+) and English required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA data migration and implementation activities
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Oversee data migration planning, execution, validation, and issue resolution
• Utilize the SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management (ADMM) tool
• Provide regular progress updates and manage project risks and dependencies

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a SAP Project Manager or SAP Team Lead
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience (on‑premises and/or cloud environments)
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Data Migration projects
• Experience working with SAP ADMM tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (B2+) and English
• Must be based in Germany
