Job Overview

Position : SAP TM Lead Consultant

Company : Natobotics

Location : Bad Homburg, Germany

Work Mode : Hybrid (number of days per week TBC)

Contract Duration : 12 months

Responsibilities

• Lead at least 3 end‑to‑end SAP TM implementations within S/4HANA.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and optimize TM processes including freight planning, execution, settlement, and carrier collaboration.
• Integrate SAP TM with EWM, MM, SD, and GTS for seamless supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements (GxP, GDP).
• Conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and manage validation activities.
• Oversee testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support cutover and hyper‑care activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant experience: 10+ years.
• Mandatory skill: SAP TM.
• Desired skill: Pharma industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP TM solution.
• Experience with EWM, MM, SD, GTS integration.
• Understanding of Life Sciences regulatory requirements.
