A full-time School Psychologist position is available at a school located in Smyrna, DE. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 2 remote days per week and requires 37.5 hours weekly. The contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and will extend through mid-June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop intervention strategies
• Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and support compliance
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Assist in data collection and reporting related to student progress and behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure
• Experience working in K-12 school settings
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and psychoeducational practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel
• Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
