Planning, coordination and status tracking of all activities of the product development lifecycle
Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring they understand and follow Scrum values, principles, and practices.
Act as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders and other departments, effectively managing expectations and ensuring communication is clear and consistent.
Sprint Planning in collaboration with Product Managers and Project Managers
Ensuring deliverables are prepared to satisfy project and product requirements and schedule
Participating in Change Control Board meetings and reporting status issues to this panel as required
Contributing to definition and deployment of new processes, methodologies, technologies and tools to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the product's development lifecycle

At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software-intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers
Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making.
Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
