As a Sea Logistics Data Solutions Expert, you design and deliver high‑quality data integration solutions across our Sea Logistics network, contributing to customer and operational excellence. You work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless system connectivity, efficient data exchange, and continuous process improvement while taking end‑to‑end ownership of EDI integration projects – from solution design and implementation to testing, go‑live, and support – ensuring reliable and scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance.

How you create impact

• Manage and deliver customer EDI and data integration projects end‑to‑end.
• Design and implement data solutions using various formats and transmission protocols.
• Ensure high‑quality execution across design, mapping, testing, go‑live, and handover phases.
• Collaborate with requirements engineering and IT teams to enable seamless system integration.
• Support sales and business teams in technical discussions with customers on EDI requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and data integration solutions.
• Train and support colleagues, sharing knowledge and building team capabilities.

• Experience in EDI, data integration, or system implementation projects.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Understanding of logistics processes, ideally within Sea Logistics.
• Knowledge of data formats, mappings, and transmission protocols.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional and international environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
