We are seeking a visionary academic leader to spearhead our Research Center Trustworthy Data Science and Security. As a Professorship for Human-centered Security, you will conduct pioneering research on IT security from the perspective of psychology or related social sciences.

About the Position

• Your role is to establish an interdisciplinary approach connecting computer science, statistics, cyber security, and society to increase trust in artificial intelligence technology.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for leading empirical research projects addressing complex human-system interactions from a user-centric viewpoint.


• Apart from research excellence, we value teaching skills; your load is reduced to four hours per week per semester with opportunities in English-taught courses across various study programs.

Suitable Qualifications:

1. An excellent track record of publishing articles in both technical outlets and areas such as psychology, sociology economics or other social sciences would be beneficial.
