About The Role
We are seeking a Security Incident Process Owner to lead and continuously improve our Information Security Incident Management process in line with ISO/IEC 27035 . This role ensures effective coordination across multiple security domains—Information Security, Corporate Security, Product Security, IT Security, and Data Privacy—and integrates with our Crisis Management framework.
Your Tasks
- Own and optimize the security incident management process and related tools, ensuring alignment and integration of related processes (Corporate Security, Product Security, IT Security, Data Privacy, and Crisis Management).
- Coordinate major security incidents and lead crisis management when required.
- Define KPIs and drive continuous process improvement.
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards and internal governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, perform emergency exercises, and deliver training on incident processes.
Your Profile
- Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive professional experience in security operations, incident response, or process management.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 27035 Lead Incident Manager, Cyber Crisis Management Planning Professional, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 27035 and related frameworks.
- High analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to lead under pressure; excellent communication skills at all levels, including top management; constructive escalation management.
- Experience with incident management tools (SIEM, SOAR, etc.).
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- Willingness to travel.
