As a Senior Account Director, you will play a key role in nurturing and expanding our relationship with two major clients based in Frankfurt, Germany. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, strategising to meet their objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills.

This is a hybrid role and you will need to be onsite with the customer 2-3 days a week in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Client Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand client goals, needs, and expectations

Strategic Planning

• Develop account plans aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services/products on time and within budget
• Provide guidance and mentorship to account teams

Communication

• Effectively communicate with clients to convey strategies, updates, and project statuses
• Ensure clear internal communication to align teams with client expectations

Revenue Growth

• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth

Problem Resolution

• Address client concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Market Analysis

• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
• Use market insights to propose innovative solutions

Contract Management

• Oversee contract negotiations and renewals
• Ensure contracts are compliant and meet both client and company expectations

Required Skills

• Proven experience in similar Account Director roles
• Experience in selling technology services, including Digital transformation, Data visualisation or Cloud migration (AWS or Azure)
• Land and expand experience within an account of €25m+ value and be able to articulate your accountable growth of the client
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyse data and market trends
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to business growth
