Your Role

As a Senior Account Executive at Supermodular AI, you’ll lead how we enter and expand within large enterprise accounts across Germany. We operate in environments where problems are not pre‑defined, solutions are not fully productized, and meaningful work only happens once deep trust and technical credibility are established inside the customer. Your role is to turn that ambiguity into clear commitments that the company can stand behind. You will focus on identifying organizations where AI can create real operational impact, shaping the right problem to solve with senior stakeholders, and orchestrating the decision process that leads to the first engagement and long‑term partnership. Most of your time will be spent working directly with enterprise leaders – CIOs, CTOs, and senior operators – understanding their priorities, helping them frame problems worth solving with AI, and aligning internal stakeholders around a concrete commitment. You will work closely with our Technical Leads , who bring technical credibility and feasibility validation into the conversation. Together, you will shape opportunities into clear problem definitions, explicit scope, and commitments that the delivery teams can successfully execute. You will own the commercial agenda and quota for a small number of strategic accounts , staying with those relationships long‑term and continuously driving expansion opportunities as trust and impact grow. This role is for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, exercising judgment about where to invest time, and helping both the customer and the company focus on the problems that are actually worth solving.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong enterprise sales or account leadership experience, in complex technology environments
  • Proven ability to identify and shape opportunities where value is not immediately obvious
  • Strong judgment about which problems are worth solving and which are not
  • Ability to build credibility with technical and business stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and multi‑stakeholder decision processes
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where problems must be discovered and shaped
  • Experience selling or deploying AI, data platforms, or enterprise software is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate technical possibilities into business impact
  • Track record of managing a small number of high‑value strategic accounts
  • Excellent communication skills when framing complex ideas for executive audiences
  • Fluent in German and English
