Your contribution

  • You develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients to support the strategic business plan of Vantage Towers Germany

  • You define and execute tailored sales strategies for assigned key accounts , ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends

  • You drive the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies to increase market penetration and expand customer base

  • You collaborate cross-functionally and internationally to support group-wide initiatives and contribute to overarching business goals

  • You manage existing framework agreements and ensure their continuous adaptation in response to evolving market dynamics

  • You contribute to product innovation by identifying customer-driven requirements and helping to define new solutions

  • You prepare complex business cases and market analyses to support strategic decisions and long-term growth

What makes you stand out

  • University degree in business, economics, engineering or related field; MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) at CEFR level C1 or higher

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proven expertise in managing and growing complex commercial accounts , ideally in the telecommunications sector
