We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Accountant. Kings Road Merch GmbH is a globally established full-service provider of merchandise products and services. As an independent German subsidiary of a global music group, we offer customized online shops for bands and artists. We manage merchandising at venues throughout Europe during their tours. Our services range from the production of merchandise products to storage and logistics in our logistics centre in Dortmund, Europe-wide tour support, and the operation of customised online shops.

We are looking for you if you enjoy working in the music industry with printed T-shirts and merchandise. National European sales taxes, OSS, and withholding taxes don’t scare you? Would you like to familiarise yourself with our ERP system Netsuite and report to our international partners?

What you will do:

• Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Invoice review and payment processing
• Preparation of VAT returns in all European countries in collaboration with our international compliance partner
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Monthly reporting to the US parent company

Who you are:

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or financial accountant
• Several years of accounting experience
• Confident in financial accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Openness to reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Experience with NetSuite or the willingness to learn
