In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Independent review, account assignment, and posting of incoming invoices in SAP
• Autonomous handling of invoice complaints and dunning notices
• Processing and monitoring of customer (debit) postings as well as dunning runs
• Execution of monthly and annual closing activities for a small entity
• Creation of SAP payment runs

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or invoice auditing
• Excellent MS Office skills and several years of experience working with SAP
• Very good German and English language skills
