Senior Administrator Tax (m/f/d)

We are looking for a tax clerk (m/f/d) or tax specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible for a variety of tasks specifically aimed at the administration and optimization of sales tax.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• You prepare monthly or quarterly VAT advance returns and annual VAT returns for the Exyte companies in Germany and Europe.
• You provide support with VAT issues and advise internal departments on VAT topics.
• You check whether all invoices and receipts comply with legal requirements and are correctly posted.
• You assist with annual financial statements, support business and company audits and communicate with the tax authorities.
• You clarify, check and reconcile the VAT accounts, as well as identify and document discrepancies.

Show your expertise

• Several years of practical experience in the above areas is desirable.
• You are good at using MS Office programs, ideally you also have knowledge of SAP4 Hana or SAP R3.
• In-depth understanding of VAT laws.
• Careful working method to ensure that all tax obligations are met correctly and on time.
