Senior AI Engineer (LLMs / RAG / Document Analysis)

Join a fast-scaling SaaS business in Munich as core driver for implementing artificial intelligence solutions into their product solving key problems across multiple industries.

The primary responsibilities would be:

• Develop and deploy AI systems for in-depth document analysis, focusing on identifying key entities, relationships, and citations within legal texts.
• Enhance existing data assets through the application of advanced embedding models to optimise search functionalities, content matching, and recommendation engines.
• Collaborate with regulatory domain experts to translate complex challenges into effective AI solutions.
• Construct and implement language model-driven tools that produce structured outputs from detailed regulatory information.
• Communicate technical findings and project results to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Lead critical projects, ensuring the delivery of impactful, high-quality solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues, fostering the team's technical development.

We would like:

• Solid years of professional experience in the industry of 4+ years in AI Application using LLM APIs
• Proven knowhow with complicated document analysis
• Familiar with AI agents and deep search techniques
• Solid experience implementing and maintaining production machine learning systems in Python
