Senior AI Engineer – Real Production AI - €90,000

We’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a growing AI engineering company delivering real, production-grade systems for enterprise clients.

This is AI deployed into live environments, solving real business problems at scale.

The team is expanding due to new incoming projects and needs someone senior who can take ownership of technical delivery and work directly with clients.

You’ll work on projects such as:

• AI systems predicting health-related outcomes at scale
• Large predictive platforms in the insurance space (hundreds of thousands of records)
• Investment intelligence systems for financial institutions
• Long-term enterprise AI platforms that are actively used in production

This role suits a strong software engineer with AI workflow exposure. Someone who:

• Builds production-grade systems, not just prototypes
• Integrates LLMs and AI components into real applications
• Thinks in architecture, scalability and delivery
• Is comfortable owning technical decisions
• Enjoys collaborating directly with customers

You’ll typically work across multiple projects, take responsibility for design and estimates, and gradually grow into broader project or technical leadership.

The team is small, agile and highly collaborative. You’ll have real ownership early on, direct exposure to clients, and the chance to shape how AI systems are built and delivered.

Location: You should be based near Frankfurt or Munich, as this is a hybrid role with regular office presence expected.
