Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of the products the engineering team is building, leading cross‑functional teams from ideation through to launch.
• Build a product and strategy that reflects Insider’s vision; clearly articulate business value to the product team.
• Define the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market.
• Manage and prioritise product items, owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
• Benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Define and analyse metrics to calculate feature and product performance, customer satisfaction, and provide improvement suggestions.
• Create great products that everybody loves.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top‑tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Hands‑on experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering projects on a time‑bounded schedule.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine‑tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).
• Experience working with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Built or iterated on customer journeys using low‑code/no‑code tools and drag‑and‑drop automation platforms.
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
